Premium Valet is a joint venture between DiUS and Premium Integrated Valet Systems founded in 2017. Together, we had one goal; to bring traditional valet services into the digital age. Not only, to help valet operators improve workflow efficiencies, but to ensure every customer experience and interaction is personalised and seamless - in other words, Premium, while staying secure.

Our founders knew many valet parking operators issued paper tickets, acted based on observation with little data, and allocated resourcing in a reactionary way. So, we set out to develop an innovative cloud-based valet management platform, that gives our clients the optimal technology infrastructure - to achieve seamless valet parking, parcel services, and facility integrations. 

Our dedicated team developed the Premium Valet platform from the ground up, by working closely with marque customers and our personal experiences across many diverse valet environments.

Using our customer feedback, we continuously iterate to provide the most flexible solutions for any destination — from shopping centres, hotels, casinos, airports and medical centres to car dealerships and events.
